The Refugee: Nowhere to Go
پناهنده؛ جایی برای رفتن نیست
The Refugee: Nowhere to Go is a novel by Eisa Bazyar about displacement, uncertainty, and the search for a home. The story centres on human experience and explores how political decisions affect identity, relationships, and hope. Leaving one place does not necessarily mean finding another place in which to belong.
Waiting and the feeling of living between places offer important ways into the book. What does safety mean when the future is unknown? What happens to a person’s understanding of home when the roads ahead appear closed? These questions arise from the novel’s themes. The book may interest readers concerned with exile, migration, and the personal consequences of borders. It is presented as a novel, rather than a practical guide to asylum.
